Martini of the Day - Dec 24, 2008 - Guavatini

I gotta admit one thing... I have new found respect for Vodka.Vodka is the aqua vitae ("water of life") in my book. I have never seen anything that offers so many endless possibilities....I mean if you have something you think you can mix with Vodka, try it and it will do wonders....

As I was browsing through the potential candidates for Martini for the night, I ran into the Guavatini.... it contains 4oz of Vodka (strong!), 1oz of Guava juice, 1oz of lime juice and raspberries to garnish the taste.

The results are absolutely phenomenal.....Guavatini rocks...but was very strong...!
